Which side is which?
Did you know: You can quickly identify the top or bottom of any CD or DVD simply by touching it? It’s true! The bottom (or writeable) side of every disc incorporates a thin circular protruding “ring” located approximately 1/4″ from the hub (or hole). If you feel the protruding ring you have identified the bottom of the disc. If there is no ring and the disc is smooth all the way to the hub, it’s the top. Give it a try!
